Meet Trish — The Heart Behind PS Beauty
What started as a part-time passion turned into a full-time purpose for Trish Strunk, the founder of PS Beauty. After years of building a successful corporate career as a Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Trish felt a deeper calling—one that led her away from the boardroom and into the world of beauty.
In 2019, she made the brave decision to leave her executive role and pursue cosmetology full time. By 2020, she was a licensed professional—ready to bring her vision to life, even as the world around her was changing. Launching a beauty career in the middle of a pandemic wasn’t easy, especially while balancing motherhood and personal grief but it was in those challenges that PS Beauty began to take root.
Trish built her business from the ground up, taking on every opportunity—from working in salons to styling bridal parties and senior citizens, to offering hair and makeup services at funeral homes with compassion and care. She worked multiple jobs to support her family, but her dream of running her own beauty brand never wavered.
Eventually, the setbacks became the setup for something greater. With a heart full of resilience and a vision shaped by experience, PS Beauty was born.
Today, PS Beauty is known for elevated, on-location beauty services throughout the Philadelphia and Tri-State area. Trish specializes in timeless, tailored looks—from soft glam to signature Hollywood Waves—offering personalized hair, makeup, and spray tanning that leaves every client feeling confident and beautiful in their own skin.
For Trish, beauty isn’t just about looking good—it’s about showing up as your most empowered self. PS Beauty was created to help you do just that, one transformation at a time.

Phenomenal services provided I reached out to PS beauty to schedule for my wedding. Trish, the owner was so amazing. She was punctual and very professional. My make up came out natural like I requested, and my spray tan was fabulous. She even added a shimmer option which made my skin glow. My hair was so amazing and came out even better than the picture I gave her as a reference . I wish I could use her as my hairdresser every day.
